Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 7, 2023, Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Amylyx” or the “Company”) announced that Margaret Olinger will leave the Company as the Company’s Chief Commercial Officer effective as of end of day on December 31, 2023. The Company is engaged in a search for a new Chief Commercial Officer. Ms. Olinger’s departure is not related to any disagreement with Amylyx on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
